At Rollers & More, we aim to provide high-quality parts and excellent service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before purchasing.


1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • The item is in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


2. Incorrect Item Ordered

If you have ordered the wrong item:

  • You may return it within 30 days (conditions above apply)

  • A refund or store credit will be issued once received and inspected

⚠️ Due to the nature of parts identification, we recommend confirming compatibility before purchasing.


3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

  • Provide photos and order details

We will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Provide a full refund (including shipping where applicable)


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been installed or used

  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation

  • Clearance or final sale items


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
