  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide.

If you require shipping outside Australia, please contact us before placing your order.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Regional Areas: 3–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to courier delays.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Delivery location

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

6. Delays & Delivery Issues

Rollers & More is not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery


8. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery)

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


9. Authority to Leave

By default, orders may be left in a safe place if no one is available to receive them.

If you require a signature on delivery, please contact us after placing your order.
